What's the best script for a Jobs search site

please give me choices of best free scripts
the site is going to get big so i need a good script once for all
best if it allows employers buy from me credits to search CVs and people
i have a script currently setup at www.jobs.rayan.tv but i want a similar one with better "searchablity"
