I would really appreciate your input: the realistic value one would expect to sell in relatively reasonable amount of time and the optimistic value that one would sell at to the right buyer.

What a bunch of envious, sad frustrated kids .... you say you like it, but have the nerve to say high $xx ... as in bellow $100 ... you thought you were sarcastic but you actually proved to be pathetic and plain stupid. On www (dot) domainvalue (dot) congland (dot) com , it is valued on metrics alone at $16,000 .

People like you should be banned from this forum, people that just want to misinform others on purpose, to do harm, to kill all enthusiasm other people have so that they have less competition. It's quite sad you have to resort to such things ... I really hope you sell nothing at all, or at x1000 times less than it's value.

I think it's pretty clear this forum is composed out of ill-intentioned, hostile people, with their sole intention to discourage other people in order to kill competition and/or determine people to sell their domains dirt-cheap so that they can buy them covertly for next-to-nothing and sell them x100 times higher.

In fact, this strategy of discouraging others is damaging the domaining industry, because making owners think that good domains are worth next-to-nothing $xx instead of $x,xxx, will make them sell them at next-to-nothing prices and thus lowering ALL domain name prices in the whole market. If you appraise a good .com single dictionary word bellow $1000 ... instead of high $x,xxx or even $xx,xxx to the right buyer, then you ruin the entire market and even your own sales for less attractive domain names.

You guys are sabotaging yourselves.

Please note that everyone has a different valuing system based on their experience and or inexperience. Because of this, appraisals can vary greatly for each person providing a free appraisal. It's important to understand that even with multiple appraisals that are relatively similar, at the end of the day, A domain is truly only worth what someone is willing to pay for it or what you can convince them it's worth.

Additionally, Please try not to be so rude to members that spent their free time to appraise your domains.
