Got this e-mail today:

Dear US Bank customer,

We recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your online banking account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Protecting the security of your account and of the US Bank is our primary concern. Therefore, as a preventative measure, we have temporarely limited access to sensitive online banking account features.

To restore your account access, please take the following steps to ensure that your account has not been compromised.

1. Login to your US Bank online banking account.

2. Review your recent account history for unauthorized transfers and check your account profile to make sure no changes have been made. If any unauthorized activity has taken place on your account , report this to US Bank immediately.

Does the link belong to US Bank? Sounds like it could be a scammer trying to your banking login info, similar to the PayPal scams we've seen before.

It is definitely a scam. I got an email from them with my brothers name sent to my email address. They must get info from domain contact info. I sometimes sell my brothers domains. So I change the contact email to mine but I keep the other info his . Neither one of us even deal with that bank.
