1. Out of possible 676 combinations for L-L.in's only 59 are available.
2. dot in is cctld for India (country with 2nd largest Population in the world)
3. Neighbor of China
4. MOST IMPORTANT : Indian registry have never released LL .in's or 2 letter patterns. 3 letter pattern is the minimum. So L-L becomes a pretty rare combination because 3 Characters or CCC.in is the minimum we can get.
