I don't understand what stumbleupon thumbs up and reviews will help my website. Does it help in the search engines, google page rank, website traffic? Do sites with more thumbs ups and good reviews get shown more in stumbleupon. Would it benifit me to offer np for people to stumbleupon and review my website?

Stumbleupon helps in backlinking and yes if your site have more thumbs ups and reviews ..it will be on top of stumbleupon
