What to do with a trademark violated domain?

those big companies like sedo and blabla wont allow you to list these domains for sale especially u want them featured .

whats a good idea to sell them? i have a domain thats receving a generous amount of traffic due to the .net and .com differences .

Try another parking company. And depending on the domain you just might get away with a redirect to a good site. Traffic can always be utilized.

I had TheStockBroker.net turned down at sedo
And cartoonz stuff your critisim,I supposed I shouldnt have thestockbroker.net because the dot com is taken.And if ksharp2k is violating any laws the company he is violating should go after him.We dont make it tough on the rest of us.I own Telemundo.ca definite trademark,and i see plentyoffish.ca is a parked domain page...you would think plentyoffish.com would go after him.I see Gq.ca is a mens fashion parked page definite trademark there.Its part of the game,till I am notified of a trademark violation anything is open season.\
Selling your name,I once had a google adwords campain and used my ad to sell the domain someone searching that category would see plain as day its for sale,worth a shot.
Google the name and see who the sponsored links are maybe get a bite that way.
Also goggle domain names for sale and check out other listing sites.Be careful once you sign up you may enter into a contract with some.
