What time do they go ?

Ive have looked for some time, but cant find a difinitive time that expiring domains are actually released. Anybody know ? Is it different with registrars ? When do they drop.

Look on the whois. The domain I'm trying to get expires on

Domain Expires on 2005-05-15 15:14:00.0

Now as to when I can actually reg it i'm not sure
