As the title say, my question is

What things the advertisers look in a site to order an advertisement package? Earlier, I have tried to find some CPM based ad networks to copy their code on my site and run their advertisements. Unfortunately I did not find any reliable so I have decided to sell advertisement packages on my own site and this is why I need an answer for the question

What things the advertisers look in a site to order an advertisement package?
My site ranks 400K in Alexa, 7K Technorati Rank, page rank yet to come. What other things the advertisers look for. Please provide your suggestions.

Quality site which is going to drive qualified, relevant traffic to their site.

# of visitors means nothing if they're not going to convert for the advertiser.
