Can someone explain what happened here!! I was bidding on a domain @ Tdnam. With only 5 hours to go before the end of the auction I got the message that the auction was over and the domain did not sell! What the F@*# !! The domain did not have a reserve so I don't understand what happened???
Any thoughts?

Yup, probably - I think it is Sh***** to auction off other peoples domains, ie: put them up for sale before they drop. :td: JMO

Yes, basically. This is the redemption period though, and it is $80 to redeem the domain name. This is more than likley what happened. Its happened to me on 3 occasions, but I still manage to buy quite a few domains through TDNAM.

Yeah, it really pissed me off as I'd been bidding on this for 3 or 4 days. There must be someone else out there who is also feeling the same way as there was at least one more bidder!!

Now you know to wait until the end to bid..... Some people let it go to auction to see what kind of price/interest the domain would fetch. The owner see's a good bit of action and figures it's worth the $80 to get it back. Contact the owner thru whois, maybe they would sell.
