i need to build a site showing products a facotiry produce and hte company services
the site must have a flash banner on home page
customizable home page
static pages
page where i can enter products and details about them
Admin backend
newsletter supported
Multi language if possible

what software do you suggest ?

Try Joomla CMS. you can use a premium club template and some showcase component to show your products. if you want to sell them, then you can install virtualmart shopping cart component. customize home page and other pages with different modules, will have a complete backend. you can even create community and integrated forums system. mostly everything is possible. you just need to know what is the right plugin/component to use for your work.

mm well i used joomla and wordpress but i dont know which is the best am really confused what to use

wordpress is easy.. if you find some premium theme for your site, so it won't look like normal blog. you can also achieve your goal. but with joomla. you can do alot of different things like i mentioned in my previous post.
