Estibot.com appraisals should be taken lightly.
It is an automated appraisals system which only provide general information and stats.
It appraised domains which sold for $xxx,xxx as mid $xxx.

Loans.org value is nowhere near $157,000.
It is more in the mid $x,xxx.
.org gTLD serves as non profit and I just don't see loans.org being such.

Loans.info is better because it can provide information about loans, financial information etc by an established business(which it's purpose to make profit).
I can see it being sold for low $xx,xxx or a bit more.
Car.info was recently sold for $76,000 and there were other recently .info domains sold for $xx,xxx.
