I am sure it's no trademark so your fine and I am not sure if they would want the name ...

Portal is a nice keyword - and O looks like a portal or opening to something ... I would say

$XXX (mid) - $XXXX (low)

It will not be an easy sell ... Focus on endusers is my advice ...

I agree with this. Also Oportal.com could stand for Online Portal.

Depends on your budget ...

Could make a random search engine ... And run advertising ...

Could make a payment portal like PayPal ... Again depends on your budget !
