It would depend on what you do with it. If you can find a legitimate use for the name and you have no intentions to cause confusion with a trademark holder, then it's very possible it will not be a problem.
For example, Windows.TLD could be used by a car windows installation company and not run into trouble with Microsoft.
Often a trademark holder will make an issue with anyone using a similar term to their mark. This is what UDRP, judges and courts are for. There's no black and white answer I could give you.
