Andrew Allemann wrote four days ago that Dharmesh Shah transferred the domain name Trademark.ai to Trademarkia. I posted about it on LinkedIn, asking what happened (yes, lawsuit), and Raj even shared my post on his page.
The story is pretty simple - Marc Köhlbrugge sold the domain for $39,000 to Shah, Trademarkia sued, and Shah later transferred it to them.
So my question remains, and I’m not a lawyer here (since the lawyers won’t actually say hi):
