What happen for a domain if snapname backorder winner failed to pay ? Some people mentioned it will go back to auction again. Any body know where will the auction be ? Many thanks,

I believe that it goes to highest second bidder according to some posts I read on other forums

where a bidder number 2 was complaining of shill bids. You may want to check with snapname to

see if this policy still holds.

It is a case by case basis. They either

1.) Offer it to the back bidder at their high bid price, after the non paying bidders bids are removed.
2.) Re-auction it.
