If the company provides their service in different countries - UK and US, what does it judge of?
I have seen that from innohosting company and some other ones too.
And why is the price on the same service different?

Well, part of the equation is that costs might be cheaper at one location; IE: it's still very cheap to by resources here in the US where it might cost a lot more elsewhere. Another aspect would be taxes which may (or may not) be figured into the cost that you see posted.

Last but not least, you have profit motive. Companies know that they can charge a bit more in locations where the competition is not quite so fierce nor so cheap.
