Ah, good ole' internet relay chat. IRC is highly used by internet gamers (Quake, Counter-Strike etc.) and many online courses available at the collegiate level. However, for casual conversation, nowadays people stick to ICQ, AIM, MSN and Y!.

With regards to irclovers[.]com, I think it has potential if developed with ^ info. taken. I would appraise the domain name in the range of regfee - low $xx. I think the name has high potential if developed though.
