Domaim can be yours if you pay more moneyFavori great name that I'd love to own. Good luck to you with it!
Both are good names especially Favori.com which can be used many different purposes. Favori is nice brandable name and can fetch low 5 figs to right enduser.
Gonca seems to be person name and too uncommon. This one can fetch between high 4 figs to starting 5 figs.

How real is nameworth valuationsI like both of these as well. Both come up as Tier 1. Could go for your expected price to the right buyer.

When it comes in front of a judge he will want to see a registered TM ergo no registered TM means that there is NO registered TM ergo no TM.No registered TM, you mean? Interesting how most people can't seem to get their head around the simple fact that no registerdd TM, does not mean there is no TM!

Think purchase without proof of purchase. Toothless.
Not in the case of a common word. The Italians were using this for shop names and products before the tree was cut down that the paper of the US constitution was written on. Michaelangelo probably had it scribbled in his notebooks. Leonardo most likely called one of his inventions Favori. You are wrong. You are DEAD wrong. Trademark ownership does NOT require formal trademark registration in ANY court of law in the western world. The one major reason to register a TM is to show proof of first use, but it is not necessary in a court of law, as long as you can prove first use.
