IMHO, you're not going to get much for that (undeveloped, of course) since the .eu sort of 'ruins it': domains with the word "be" are more interesting on .be domains.

Probably some value, the .com is a marketing agency, the .net reedirects to localrealestate.com and the .de is developed to.

But I'm sure there are better ways to spend $10 or $15 bucks.

There's some value with it, although like charlz said, *.eu does ruin it.
