What do these stats mean?

I have a site that has been active for about a week. Some of the Webalizer stats don't make sense to me. Is this something to be worried about?

Code 200 - OK 3754
Code 206 - Partial Content 2
Code 302 - Found 12
Code 304 - Not Modified 590
Code 404 - Not Found 200

Do the codes 304 and 404 mean that there is a problem with some of my pages?

i think those are you error pages. the 404 error page.

404 is file not found basically, but webalizer is not good at telling you what files are being looked for when it reports that error. If you have AWStats, that will tell you what they are. 404 can mean a broken link somewhere, but it can also mean that there are requests for favicon.ico as well, something that most places don't bother to put up. But I would check your links to make sure that they all go somewhere...

304 is not modified, meaning that the page was not modified since the last visit. No need to worry about that one as far as I'm aware.
