What computer games?

As the title might suggest, I have a question for you lot. I have been out of the loop for a while, and I'm wondering what people either want, genre wise, for future computer games, or what they currently like.

Seems the kids (in my house at least) are now playing Call Of Duty 4, I had a glance over it and the graphics and gameplay were fairly realistic. Genre : First Person Shooter / Military Warfare.

I have no idea what else is "HOT" I was never a fan of rpg's .. just liked taking my frustration out on a few pixelated terrorists here and there.
