What CMS do freewebstuff.be Use?

I urgently need a CMS like this one, as its for my new website, i cant find out what one they actually use. Anyone know?

1/ FreeWebStuff.be is using FrontPage 6.0
2/ If you need a CMS ,then a very good one is Joomla!/Mambo

Or...possibly my personal favorite...Subdreame, it is a paid script, but there is a free version (light), it just doesn't have as many features, and it also intergrates with IPB/VB/PHPbb and some others maybe.

Yeh, the demo does, it's just the skin they are using, the actualy CMS is very different.

drupal.org.. i have checked almost all good cms but this is best the best
