As far as I know these are the cases
1. Traffic accepted
2. Smart priced (per domains/per accounts?)
3. Banned
4. Charged back
Is this it?
Is the quality of traffic (whether it can help advertisers' convert or not) all that matter?
Is there other consideration?
Is it possible that say the quality is fine but google doesn't like the traffic source anyway.
When do parking companies know that google accept "last month traffic"?
