What does "We You Pay" mean?

"Here You Pay" is much easier stated as something like "Pay Here" which would be a very good domain.

People should make an effort to improve their English first and then try domaining. It's the low entry barrier and the prospect of making millions with $5 that attracts literally anyone, even people who probably use a translator! Domaining has similarities to gambling.
