information west.xyz Pls help : This type does not support third-party domain

Hi,I try to add domains on west.xyz and i receive this message : This type does not support third-party domain
Also i receive this : Third party domain failed to publish -- Sorry, release the domain, we need to be Verified
On one domain only i receive this : Publishing third-party domain requires at least 50(CNY) balance left or you have at least 5 domains under this account.
What i need to do ? How to post there ?

You should have minimum 5 domains in West.xyz or Please deposit 25 USD as security deposit.
