Weird question - Off-topic

I have the opportunity through an outsourcing friend of mine, to hire some laborers for $95 a month each (8 hours a day so considered full time). The laborers in question have a limited computer knowledge (no web design, programming, etc., just a simple know how knowledge), but have their own computers as well as internet access. I'm considering hiring a few of them (and if you're wondering why the labor is so cheap.. they're students), as the costs are a bargain, though I'm not sure what I would have them to do to earn that $100 investment a month back, other than offering them tedious, repetitive work.

Input please.

What language skills would they have?

Fluent in Urdu (Which is VERY similar to about every Middle Eastern dialect there is), as well as fluency in English.

Have them study web design basics, (such as Photoshop layout making), SWF flash technologies, etc. for a month, and then have them make you great templates. Open a web design studio, you'll be the head president, and so they will make kickbutt logos and layouts acustommed to your clients' needs. Have them train in frontpage for basic HTML coding, let them fool around in Paint to get to know the airbrush and pencil tool :D and have a good business right there B-)

Hence, I'd sell double cheeseburgers at a local Wendy's or Burger King for $7 an hour rather than work 5 days a week 8 hours a day for a month for $90-$100.... That's my potential 2-day paycheck at McDonalds in a month right there :D

Minimum wage in the US is $5.25. So if you worked, i dunno, 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, that is a 40 hour week. That would be $210 a week, - taxes...around $160 or so. So...around $160 a week, and $640 a month. I think what you would be doing would be considered "illegal".

Not if the laborers in question are located in the Middle East (as hinted by daddypi's post)

You could:
a) 'resell' their services - there are a lot of people needing data entry work done - charge on a per entry base.
b) I'm not sure what 'fluent in English' means, but you could have them learn the ropes and start a hosting support service etc.
