Wedding domains sometimes yield good sale prices. Unfortunately, while "wedding" and "jewelry" go together, "gems" is a little awkward (at least in American English usage).

Agreed with John.. Though "Wedding" is a good idea to build upon but "Gems" does not really go well with it. You might still manage to sell it for little profit may be xx but you have to really generate buyer’s interest in this one.

A word of advice, Try to resist the tendency of finding a good keyword and desperately clubbing it something to find an available name. The mistake which I did when I was new :] . Make sure that the idea presented by the combination of words goes well, at least with mass because that is what internet is all about, The Mass appeal!

Or maybe not a real "gem", but just an "interesting thing" such as "hey, that book is a gem. it is rare".
