Two quick hiccups in this domain I see (beyond the extension) is:

BuyDomain.com owns the dot com full phrase. While they let their tm on "Buy Domains" go abandon they still have a tm on BuyDomains.com.

The other is, only a domaining ninja would want it. And they would know exactly what you paid for it and most likely only offer you something small above cost. (in others words your only enduser will be someone that knows the tricks of the trade)

I don't think there would be any TM issue on this domain. It's like getting a TM for the phrase "For Sale". It's a good, straight to the point type of domain.

I don't care for this one too much and as always never use an appraisal from domain index or estibot for anything - since it doesn't mean anything.

The quality of the phrase "we buy domains" is totally different from "Buy Domains" which has a call to action to buy domains. This suggests that they are in the business of buying domains from people (like companies that buy gold, jewelry, etc). That really isn't the focus that a domainer wants to have (sure they do buy domains but their branding is more on selling). Also, domainers don't pay a lot for domainers and tend to pay even less for new gTLDs - especially of this quality.

I don't see it more than the following:

reseller = regfee - mid $xx
enduser (which is basically a motivated reseller in this case) = mid $xx to low $xxx

I suspect this will be hard to find a buyer outside of doing a cheap auction or something.

In spite of their name, Buydomains can and do sell domains.
Webuy.domains is less flexible and suggest you are a buyer - like a pawn shop perhaps. So the upside is limited. I think this is a domainer domain strictly. A Svede says, domainers aren't paying much for domainer domains. Good luck.
