WebUSA with an extension like .com/net would be worth "enter appraisal here" but WebUSA with a russian extension is worth nothing undeveloped. The only opportunity I see for this domain is a US web group that bases itself in Russia.

I wish you the best of luck and hope you do well with your domain. However, I feel unqualified :] to appraise .RU domains as I don’t know of legitimate reports of .RU sales.

Also, consider grabbing WebRussia <dot> net, org, info, us, … all unreged for good reason.
