It's alright. Maybe a different Bullet icon, instead of that yellow ball. Make a different logo, fix the coding so there isn't a top border on the logo into the grey, and so everything lines up on top. Other then that pretty good.

Looks excellent, photography used is great, only crit is you have some jagged edges on your logo

Remove textbox in the animated flash header or edit it because it looks weird.
The rest looks good.

Nice site, good design principles but the graphics are not up to par. They're not clean enough. I like the flash but it has to be a little cleaner.
