What are your thoughts on this one? I read somewhere in a magazine
recently that the burgeoning "Website Marketing industry" is approaching
(or already has approached) well into the hundreds of Billions of $ per year, and growing every year exponentially.

I did some research and noticed that there are over 400 domain names
registered with the string "WebsiteMarketing", and that's only including the common extensions such as .com , .net, .org, .us etc .

When you add in the country codes and other extensions, there are a ton
of functioning websites such as www.WebsiteMarketing.com.au ,
www.WebsiteMarketing.com.ar , www.WebsiteMarketing.ca etc to name just a few of MANY.. When you add in all the extensions, and add in the dashes, adding all the relevant domain names registered with the term (and websites, including variations of the term ) such as the website www.Websites-Marketing.net , there are well over 1000 registered domain names registered with the term "Website Marketing".

What are your thoughts on value regarding the .com to this term ? Also
any thoughts and opinions regarding development of this name would be appreciated.

When you add in Google Results, Word Tracker, PPC Ads and Bid Prices, this is a winner.
I think it is worth at least Mid $X,XXX if not much more to the right end user.

I wouldn't sell it for less than a high $xx,xxx to be honest with you.
Many online marketer's would love this domain. I would post a message at warriorforum.com to see what they have to say. It's a online marketing forum with a lot of entreprenuers and posters who make big bucks. You'd get a much better apprasial through them, as they are the type of buyers you want to purchase a name like this, and they can give you a ton of tips on how to develop it.
