domain websitedevelopment.fr - useless reg?

Hello,
I've noticed that a lot of good keyword .fr domain names are available. One of them is 'websitedevelopment.fr'. What are your thoughts on fr domains. Are they worth to get? Also, do I have the same seo opportunity as the owner of websitedevelopment.com, or does domain extension matters in seo? Also, which extensions are worth more (fr, cn, it or de?) Thanks!
