I usually never register second-level domains, but for only €5 I thought this was worth grabbing.

I didn't find out about the sale of WebsiteDesign.com.au for $19,000 today until after I registered this. I know my name is English on a Spanish extension, but I checked past sales and English keywords do sell on the .com.es extension.

.com.es isn't widely used enough whereas .com.au is the main extension in Australia - an english speaking country.

However, given the strength and desirability of the domain name minus poor extension, you should still get $xx.
