I have the domains WebsiteCoding.com and WebsiteCoding.info which I think I am going to develop into a website code tutorial website, or even an open forum for web coders.

How much do you think these domains are worth? You can appraise individually or together.

I'd say around mid XX undev, and around mid XXX dev for the .com
the .info could be like low-mid XX undev, mid XX to low XXX dev
