Website Needed!

I've posted this numerous times but still have not found the right person to do it. I need a 6+ page website for a limousine company. I will pay what's needed but at a reasonable price. So let's say, no more than $200?? It needs to be very professional and semi-easy to edit the text if needed (not all, just the basic stuff that might change/need an addition).
