Domain is located with register4less.com (TUCOWS, INC. reseller) & expires in June.

The site has never been developed but has a PR5 based upon some linking from a few of my other sites. PR5 will allow you to get the site's contents indexed quite quickly by google (googlebot visits daily at PR5), but the PR will depend upon the continued linking from my sites until you find your own. (You can do this quite easily by writing some quality content then submitting to dmoz).

This site is good for someone who wants a quick headstart to get some SERPs in the web development/design/hosting related fields. (webdev pays about .25 in terms of payperclick)

Hi,

While I cannot guarantee that the PR will stay at PR5, I would recommend you install the google toolbar instead of using pagerank.net. I've checked into this site and at least some of the URLs it's not able to determine PR properly for, specifically deep links one. (i.e. http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/FAQs_Help_and_Tutorials/). Beyond that, as far as I know google has not released their API for PR so it shouldn't be possible to determine a true PR (as there is no way to determine inbound links lower than PR 4). If anyone wants to discuss this further, I'll be happy to participate but please let's start a new thread.

At any rate, the lowest I'm willing to go on the domain is $25.00.

It's still showing as PR 4 for me, (I'd also refund the money if it weren't).

PR drops to zero now when a domain is deleted from the registry, not from whois changes.

FYI, pagerank.net doesn't estimate or anything, so it's not "determining" PR, it's just requesting it from Google's servers like the toolbar. There are quite a few servers the toolbar uses for this, which is why some show old values while they are incrementally updated (yours showing a 5 after it dropped to a 4). Pagerank.net usually gets it from an up to date server. That said, it's still a 4.
