I Have been on NP for a few weeks now reading and learning, but this is my first post.
I am looking for some advice on what program to use for very basic Webpage design for a beginer. I purchased a webhosting package with cPanel on it and it is loaded with different programs ,but they all seem to be management software... And the admin tells me I need my own development software.
I used M$ Frontpage to create a simple website quite easily but, can't get it to upload properly to the server.
Is there a better program for me to learn with?
