Developed... maybe porn related? or some sort of mistress sexy girl related could turn the domain into some nice internet real estate. Good luck developing.

If you decide to go the domain name way with it, I think you are not going to have much success at all but again good luck!

In its literal meaning it has potential, most likely as a site to develope for the end user..?? It could cross over to the adult market if you take that approach.
As for what is more lucrative---not sure. A quick search reveals 2.8 million pages for "webmistress" on google. As for searches....
