Webmater resource design

Hey all

I am quite new to designing, i have made a couple, and would like you guys to review them if possible. Any comments are welcomed.

I own the domain for this and thinking of turning it into a webmaster related resource web site, free webmaster tools, tutorials etc..

for hostingpixels.com I like the header background but I don't like the overall layout, it's common and it's confusing layout.

The hostingpixels.com is very well design, and so I have no comment in that one.

HI, MBennett, 1) hostingpixels/idot.jpg needs serious work, it's not even a site. Why don't you use a good template? You can go templatemonster.com or google for free templates.
2)hostingpixels.com is a good professional site.

The first site as far as I understand hasn't finished yet. There is much work to do there. The layout is not very good. There is no content (I mean much free space). The second one is beyond praises.

the first design is not finished as yet. It was meant to be created into a vbulliten index page. I was just asking you guys general opion on the header.
