webmastersneeds.com & GameCodePlanet.com.. please appraise

i just registered some domain names.. can someone give some insights of whether i picked some good domain names and how much could i sell it for? :red:

The first one very little value just because your using a double "s" when most people will probably type in webmasterneeds. The second one right now as it stands is probably right around registration fee. I base this on being a 3 word domain name and undeveloped the value just isn't there at the moment. These are just my opinions though.
