It'd make a perfect name for some sort of directory or a webmaster forum.

I would say mid-high $xxx. I think since it's kind of long, and it's a .net - those two factors kind of take it from going into the $x,xxx zone. I mean, you could probably get 4-figures for it, but you'd have to make sure you found the right person. So I'd say if you were going to sell it, maybe start at mid $xxx unless you've got someone specific in mind that would really really want the domain badly.

I think it's worth a lot more than xx anyway..
I don't buy domains but I am going to use this for a webmaster forum but wanted to know the price.
webmsterforums.com was sold for $12k so I really doubt the .net would only be in the xx range.

I agree 100% - a great name to develop in a lucrative market. You may get more revenue from advertising and affiliate income than from just selling the domain in the reseller market.

High $xxx and low to mid $xxxx if even slightly developped.

This is a great domain with great development potential, and I suggest that you develop it to increase it's value dramaticly.
