Established Webmaster Directory (2 domains 1 custom coded directory script)

Looking to sell.

www.webmasterrolodex.com

and webmasterclub.us < same script was on this site but lost the database (it was a pr5 domain just before the update but now pr0 i'm sure)

The script is custom and only being used on 1 site WebmasterRolodex.com

It has a simple admin panel for adding/editing and deleting listings.

pretty simple design

Both names are at godaddy.com

WebmasterRolodex.com has 1 paid link for $60 for the yr (MUST STAY)

and made a few $ via adsense.

WebmasterClub.us made about $20-$30 via adsense in 2 months.

used to get 100-200 unques per day.

they both get traffic (assume ~100 per day)

I will never use the script again and buyer will have full rights to it.

Looking for offers of $450 + for everything and $800 BIN.
