Webmaster Base Looking for moderators!

We are now looking for staff that can post active and help other people, we look for people that are mature and is 18 or older, this have to be proved by giving us some info about yourself and also your birth date.
People that want to become a moderator has to register and fill in their profile, pm me -> JuggernautH <- here after you have done that, and i will guide you thru the things i want done for you to be a moderator, if you dont do the things we require you are not elligible for a moderator spot!

Moderators will have exclusive rights for upcomming news and, also have exclusive rights to advertising at wmbase in form of banners and textlinks.

We would also like some people to post for free if you dont mind, we added a few downloads for you to download.
You can also add links to a link page you find in our menu, all you have to do is register and add as many links as you want

What does conceived mean? Have no clue what that means
