Use phpBB2 before you upgrade to vBulletin. It's free. IPB costs (the last time I checked) nearly as much as vB.

PhpBB is free and easy to use and only 1 click to install. Go for it.

Domain is worth low $xx as is now but it has good potential. Best of Luck

I have a copy of IPB 1.3.1 Final in my hard drive, I had it before IPB went paid so it shouldn't be a problem.
