what do you guys think of LeadGen.app and WebFilter.app?

There have been very limited number of sales in this extension and hence, I'd say it's not worth anything as of now.
However, a two year perspective will show the real result.
I don't think WebFilter is worth a lot but LeadGen may be good. Only time will tell.

if any of it sells, history says that prices are pretty good. So for that matter, keep the price at $5,000 for LeadGen so that if it sells, it's worth the wait and monetary investment.
