I think that if someone wants to buy this domain for building a website for an organization, a project or a community or something else related to the .org specific, it fits very well in all these.Because the site is on the web of course and it's a "dream come true" for the seller and the buyer.For example, if you want to make a website for donations this domain is very suitable. The dream come true is specific to any non-profit organization. And of course you can you use it for any other site because is "the dream website" and something like that.
