But do anyone use them anymore? They are the highway to hell for Google's SERP.

A very old website that still is up do not proof anything.

Unfortunately, as the biggest fan of .NET -- I am dismayed to have to say the valuation of the extension has dropped in the eyes of many investors. However as a big believer in .NET being an industry staple and standard -- I would have to say at most you can acquire low XXX for your domain being sold. There are many direct database sites that you could market this out to. I wish you the best of luck in making it happen!
