I love the combination of colours you've used. But I get the feeling that the skin is sleeping and missing some life (perhaps some colours/ catchy icons) speaking about main forums view. It looks a bit on the light side, while this is awesome, it's too light I guess. Good that you've got your unique skin and stand out from premade ones, but something I'd change is current forum logo, perhaps adding some kind of image/icon that explains WebDevFans..btw--like your favIcon

Last comment, top navigation needs to be preloaded, so that images are loaded before we see them. Saving lower-speed internet connections, and the navigation could be done in much better way ` only my opinion though

Aside the comments above, i saw a few very minor flaws:

1, the topic bars are presenting a different shade of orange. Maybe it's just my screen (Laptop), but it appears as if the the bottom bar "What's going on" is lighter than the rest of the bars.

2, you have more real estate for your logo. Make it a bit larger, or better yet, include a graphic element.

3, your FavIcon doesn't match the post icons. This is really just a minimalistic thing, but for reasons of recognition and flow, i'd either change the color of the FavIcon or the color of the "new posts" icon and make them identical.

4, while the skin/theme looks great overall, it doesn't look like you've planned for any real estate for ads. Now, unless you're a Samaritan that doesn't like money, i think you should start building your frames for adsense and banner advertising, and start plugging some ads in. Make sure that the framework is just as rounded in the corners and flows with the design of the theme.

Other than that, great job, looks very polished.
