Could be a guide for potential webmasters whom just want to know more information about setting up a website. I think this site is marketable. And will gain alot in value if you can establish a website and get traffic to it. .info for me is never worth much for just the name alone imo, well when i say not much, not much in relation to .com But a quality .info as i believe this one is if developed can be worth just as much as a good .com if memorable as this one is. You don't normally say WebAdmin, you say webmaster, so that detracts from the value. Not much undeveloped, but if you develop it then there's loads of potential.

If UN starts interfering the Web, it can really be worth developing as a portal like ICANN for 'internet/web' regulatory departments and organizations of the world. IMO, its applications may be wider in that area instead of 'webhosting' or 'webdesigning'.

Right. A webadmin handles more routine backend work, making sure that webservers (and therefore websites) run smoothly. Compare this to a webmaster worries about site design, content, usability, etc.
