Dear All, I am new to forum and I am developing a site for real estate objective,So the pictures will be there definitely.I am good in HTML and just not expert in PHP,Which language I would use for my site.Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend heading over to hotscripts.com and checking out the scripts they have listed. I believe they might have CMS' geared for what your trying to do. In most situations, the "theme" (html/css) and the php are separated. You might have to learn some theming/skinning specific code.. Hopefuly you'll find a solution with good documentation for such.

For ease of use I would say word press as well. But if you have an interest in learning about others like Joomla, Drupal, etc. then I would urge you to look into those as well. There are many wonderful tutorials around the web for all of these.

As netzilla had wrote, wordpress is very easy and useful, but joomla la la and drupal are very customizable cms. I recommend you to study about cms
